Reviews and Ratings <br />
This resort in Sepilok offers a beautiful and tranquil setting, making it a fantastic place to stay. The chalets are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including great views and supportive amenities. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity is disappointing, especially for a place of this standard. Overall, there's a lot to like, but the service may not meet expectations toward the end of your stay.
My stay at the resort was nothing short of magical. Nestled in a tranquil riverfront setting, the incredible views of the jungle and wildlife made it an unforgettable experience. The clean and spacious villa we stayed in was a delight, but locals and travelers alike should be cautious of the uneven pathways leading to the villas. Dining was top-tier, with beautifully crafted cocktails and a menu that delighted our taste buds. The eco-friendly feel of the area added to the charm, but the common areas could have used air conditioning for added comfort. Still, I can't wait to return!
My stay was fantastic, nestled right next to the Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre and the Sun Bear Conservation Centre, making it super convenient for wildlife lovers like me. The resort has a stunning natural aesthetic, and I loved that the rooms were spacious and comfy with a cozy outdoor hammock. On the downside, I found the food a bit overpriced and wasn't too impressed with some dining options. Still, I can't emphasize enough how beautiful it was to see wildlife right from the resort's grounds.
My stay at the Sepilok Nature Resort was a remarkable experience, surrounded by nature and just steps away from the orangutan sanctuary. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was fortunate enough to see orangutans from my terrace, which was the highlight of my trip. However, the dining options could use some improvement as the food was not up to par with the rest of the experience. Overall, it was a magical place to begin my Borneo adventure.
During my two-night stay, I felt immersed in a beautiful natural paradise. The location is perfect for those wanting to visit the nearby orangutan and sun bear sanctuaries. The chalet I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, creating a delightful experience overall. However, I did find the dining options a bit pricey and the portions on the smaller side, which can be a downside for some.
